Wristband Connection’s president was one of the very first providers of small quantity custom silicone wristbands in the country in February 2005 when the minimum order with most silicone wristband providers was 1000 pieces or more. Today, he is still involved on a daily basis in the industry and has helped create many successful fundraising and awareness programs, as well as streamlined the production, sales and shipping process within our company to provide quality wristbands on time, no matter the quantity, to our vast array of customers.
Our state of the art production facility is over 3500 square feet and houses our proprietary wristband loading center, production arena and shipping department which all use conveyors to organize all orders to insure they are not misplaced or lost. As soon as your bands are debossed with your message they a packed and shipped to you.
Our friendly sales staff will do whatever it takes to help you with your order and be sure you get the product you want, even if it means staying late or working on weekends. We have even participated in some of our customers fundraisers hundreds of miles away from Houston, Texas where we are located.
Our Customer service team is exactly that, a team that is dedicated to helping with any issue that may occur and work vigorously to resolve it quickly to your satisfaction.
We are constantly working to improve our service and procedures and we learn something new on a daily basis, mostly because of you. We know it is our customers who make us who we are and hope to be a big part of many of their lives as you are all a big part of ours.
Our ability to grow is very strong and financially backed by a team of successful company officers who have business experience and expertise of over 40 years combined; who understand what it takes to meet the growing demand for our product, as well as many years of internet sales and service experience. We did not start this business out of a garage, which does make a difference in how we operate and in assuring your satisfaction. What's more, we spent many months preparing and planning to meet the demand and keep our operation running smoothly.
