Woven wristbands are used in concerts and festivals
Billabong Pro Tahiti event will be using woven wristbands to identify various people involved with the event including media, VIP’s, production crews and more. The Billabong Pro Teahupoo is the third event in the 2009 ASP World Tour. Woven wristbands are being used in major events, concert and festivals and to identify the different participants such as performers, media, VIP’s and staff. Woven wristbands are used for multiple day events because of their look, durability, longevity and increased security features. These bands are weaved on a large highly specialized machine.

New Year’s Party at Brampton area
There’s going to be great fun in Brampton this holiday season. In the New Year’s Eve there is going to be fun for the entire family. Party will begin at 2.30 pm and run till 12.30 am with fireworks display planned for 9 pm and at midnight. In downtown Brampton there will be family entertainment, marshmallow roasting, ice-skating at Gage Park and 30-feet Ferris wheel and merry-go-round. To control pedestrian traffic in the downtown area, a wristband policy is being introduced. Wristband will enable Brampton residents to gain closer access to the main stage for the midnight visual display. Brampton residents can get a maximum of two free wristbands each from any of these areas: Rose Theatre Brampton, South Fletcher’s Sportsplex, Terry Miller Recreation Centre, Earnscliffe Recreation centre, Chris Gibson Recreation Centre and Cassie Campbell Community Centre.
