This day is celebrated on 20th November every year. In the year 1954, the UN General Assembly suggested that every country must start a Universal Children's Day on a "suitable" day. We are not certain, but possibly every country did.....at different different dates throughout the year. The declaration was taken on on November 20, in the year 1954. This day is celebrated on 20th of November every year. You can also be apart of this day by wearing a silicone wristband and also distributing it among all your friends and kids.
