The objective of this particular day is quite clear: to get people to stop smoking, resulting in smaller number health harms, and a reduced amount of cancer and emphysema deaths ensuing from smoking and secondary smoke. Stop smoking is not a simple task. As an ex-smoker, this writer is familiar with how tough it is to stop smoking. Often (usually), it take repetitive hard work. That's acceptable, on condition that you be trying in anticipation of you lastly be successful.
