World Smile Day commemorates the forever admired yellow smiley. It also presents us and chance to do an act of sympathy. According to the World Smile Day website, a declaration of this day was done by the U.S. Congress. This day is celebrated on 7th of October every year you can also be a part of this day by wearing a wristband with smiley on it and distribute among your friends and relatives and spread the smile all over the world.
