Make a Hat Day is a day for entertaining. Design, create, and be dressed in your hat for by hand today. Put your individuality into it. Or, make a hat from a personality you would like to try to be like for a day. This day is celebrated on 15th of September every year as a make a hat day you can also be a part of this day by distributing or wearing a rubber bracelets with a picture of a hat embossed on it.
