Anti-diet groups exist to assist and support people who suffer illnesses like anorexia, in their efforts to shed fat and be thin. "You're body is your temple". In your efforts to make your temple a thin one, do so in a safe and healthy manner. Distribute
wristbands to your family and friends so that they can check their weight.
