National walk to work day is held the first Friday of April in USA. You are encouraged to walk for all or part of your commute to work on the first Friday of April. Aim for a minimum 15 minute walk each way. Walking for 30-60 minutes a day greatly reduces your risk of dying from heart disease, cancer, stroke and diabetes. Wear a Message wristband with the message “Walk everyday” so that you can inculcate a habit of walking daily.
