The
Debossed Wristband Process:
Since a steel mold determines
the size and thickness of debossed wristband you
will need a mold to get the deepest and largest
message possible. Once your mold is ready, your
custom wristbands can be made in over 2000 colors.
Once the raw silicone is made, small portions are
placed into the mold which is heated to 450 degrees
then pressed into shape under 20,000 psi. Once pulled
from the mold they are stripped of excess material
and packaged to be sent to you via FedEx. Our wristbands
are extremely strong, guaranteed

does Screen-Printing work?
Once we have helped you along
with your design and received your approved proof,
we will send your order to our special overseas
manufacturing facilities. There, the following will
take place:
Special screens are made from silk for each color
in your design. Skilled technicians then use your
screens in special machines to create your wristbands
one at a time by carefully squeezing ink through
the void in the silk where your message is. The
bands are then baked to make the ink adhere and

5000 wristbands, WE
CAN DO IT! If our production
volume is too high that
day to meet your needs,
we will do our best
to help find a solution
to alleviate any issues
that could occur. Currently
we have production capabilities
of up to 30,000 wristbands
per day domestically
and we can produce as
many as many as 380,000
wristbands per day within
our offshore manufacturing
facilities. As of July
2008, we have kept a
silicone bracelet inventory
of over 1.3 million
wristbands, most of
which are available
in 3 different sizes.
We
have made it so simple,
that when you checkout,
you can pick the production
time of your choice,
so you do not have to
call for a rush upgrade.
However, production
times are not be interpreted
as a guarantee of the
date your wristbands
will leave our facility.
In most cases, we can
make your wristbands
in the exact number
of days stated in the
production time drop-down
menu which is located
in the first page of

this is production time
only and your choice
of shipping method dictates

additional business

date in which you need

must call and speak
to a sales representative
and request a written
guarantee. At that time,
we will give you an
exact date in which
your silicone wristbands
will leave our American

be aware that all shipping
companies like FedEx™,
UPS™ and DHL™, have
what they call “delivery
exceptions”, which you
and I call, “delays.”

suggest that you order
as early as possible.

to sign for the package,

once in production,
the base materials are
no longer useable. If
the order must be cancelled

process, you are subject,
and agree to a 30% of
the product and production
time portions of your
order.

using our written guarantee,
if we do not ship your
wristbands
to you in time for your
event we will refund
your money. If we ship
them to you and there
is a spelling error
which is the fault of
WristbandConnection.com,
we will remake and resend
them to you as quickly
as possible or give
you a full refund if
they do not arrive in
the time stated in our
written guarantees only.
Our estimated delivery
time is not to be used
as a delivery guarantee
and actual delivery
time is affected by
the shipping option
you chose in our shopping
cart. Once your order
is placed, it is not
refundable since it
is a custom product

for any other purpose.
Colors
may vary between lots
and messages may differ
from one color to another.

Responsibilities: |

we ship your wristbands
on Monday with overnight
shipping to be delivered
on Tuesday and the carrier
delivers on Wednesday
because of their own
delay, your claim is
with the carrier and
not with Wristband
Connection, MCV Sales
Co. LLC or any of our
officers, clients or
employees. We cannot
be held responsible
for deliveries not made
on time by the delivery
service provider you
select in our shopping
cart. We suggest ordering
your wristbands as many
days ahead of your need-by
date as possible so
your order will arrive
on time.
We
reserve the right to
ship your wristbands
with an adult signature
required, as many packages
which have been left
on a front porch or
door step have mysteriously
disappeared. We do not
want this to happen,
so you may be required
to sign for your package,
which is the responsibility
of the customer. If
no one is available
to sign for your wristbands,
the shipping company
will leave notice of
redelivery the following
day, or you may pick
them up at the assigned

refused shipments will

keep our production
lines moving smoothly,
it is required that
you do not mix your
wristband order with
more than 4 different
colors unless you have
more than one message.
So, you are allowed
up to 4 colors per message
within your order. For
example, if you order
20 wristbands with the
same message, you can
have 5 blue, 5 red,
5, black and 5 white.
Orders with 5 or more
colors per message will
not be processed and
we will contact you
at our earliest convenience
to provide a different
option. If you order
100 wristbands with
the same message, you
can have 4 sets of 25
wristbands
with different colors.
You can place an order
with 5 different messages
and 5 different colors
or 100 different colors
and 100 different messages.
We reserve the right
to choose colors for
you and put your order
on hold if your order
does not follow this
guideline and will not
remake the wristbands
at a later date in another
color. In the event
we cannot reach you
via phone or email,
by agreeing to our policies,
we may ship your order
with only 4 of the colors
you choose. These guidelines
are to insure we continue
