on time, but be aware that shipping

and once they have left our facilities,
we are no longer in control of delivery

best to order your wristbands
so that the delivery date is at least
one day ahead of the day you need
them. Production and shipping time
should be calculated by business days,
meaning; Monday through Friday.

day but we are not always available
to fulfill such request. Our production
capabilities are up to 10,000 wristbands
per day at this current time and growing.

Coca-Cola and we insured the delivery.
We can get yours to you in plenty
of time for your fundraiser, celebration

you must call first to insure it can

| Refund Policy |
| When
using our written guarantee, if we
do not get your wristbands
to you in time for your event we will
refund your money. If we ship them
to you and they are misspelled, we
will remake and resend them to you
as quickly as possible or give you
a full refund if they do not arrive
on time. Our estimated delivery time
is not to be used as a delivery guarantee
and actual delivery time is affected
by the shipping option you chose in
our shopping cart. Once your order
is placed, it is not refundable since
it is a custom product that cannot
be used for any other purpose. Colors
may vary from lot to lot and messages
will appear differently on different
colors. If you are
not sure of the color you are choosing,
feel free to call and speak to a representative
for more information. Shipping Responsibilities:
If we ship your wristbands on a Monday
with overnight shipping to be delivered
on Tuesday, but the carrier delivers
on Wednesday because of their own
delay, your claim is with the carrier
and not with Wristband
Connection, MCV Sales Co. LLC or any
of it's officers, clients or employees.
We cannot be held responsible for
deliveries not made on time by the
delivery service provider selected.
We prefer to ship your wristbands
to you as many days as possible before
you actually need them and we do our
best to get them to you early every
time! Order early to prevent any unforeseen
delays.

| Multi-Color Choice Option |
| To
keep our production lines moving smoothly,
we request that you do not mix your
wristband order with
more than 4 different colors unless
you have more than one message.
For example, if you order 20 wristbands
with the same message, you can have
5 blue, 5 red, 5, black and 5 white.
We will not process orders with 5
or more colors unless one of the color
choices has a different message.
If you order 100 wristbands with the
same message, you can have 4 sets
of 25 wristbands
with different colors. You can place
an order with 5 different messages
and 5 different colors or 100 different
colors and 100 different messages.
We reserve the right to choose colors
for you if your order does not follow
this guideline and will not remake
the wristbands at
a later date in another color. These
guidelines are to insure we continue
to deliver high quality wristbands
and great prices, fast. We strive

to verify orders before production

for any copyright infringement or
similar violations of protected works
if a customer orders a wristband(s)
with protected works without proper
notification and documentation. The
purchasing customer assumes all liability
for violations that are not properly
documented with Wristband

and the reputation of our company,

reserves the right to refuse requests
that contain rude, profane or vulgar
