The Debossed Wristband Process:
Since a steel mold determines the size and thickness of debossed wristband you will need a mold to get the deepest and largest message possible. Once your mold is ready, your custom wristbands can be made in over 2000 colors. Once the raw silicone is made, small portions are placed into the mold which is heated to 450 degrees then pressed into shape under 20,000 psi. Once pulled from the mold they are stripped of excess material and packaged to be sent to you via FedEx. Our wristbands are extremely strong, guaranteed non-allergenic and completely safe to wear.

How does Screen-Printing work?
Once we have helped you along with your design and received your approved proof, we will send your order to our special overseas manufacturing facilities. There, the following will take place:
Special screens are made from silk for each color in your design. Skilled technicians then use your screens in special machines to create your wristbands one at a time by carefully squeezing ink through the void in the silk where your message is. The bands are then baked to make the ink adhere and stretch. We can produce these bands in 6-10 days.
